The Scriptures tell us what to eat and not eat.
Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
We have taken the seed out of our diet nearly 100%. The seed is supposed to be a main course in our diet, just like it is among the cultures talked about in the video tape whom never get cancer.
Ezekiel 4:9 Take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt; put them in a storage jar and use them to make bread for yourself.
The recipe for Ezekiels bread has vitamin b17 in it and was given as the key food for Ezekiel while he was to lay on his side for 390 days.

Daniel had knowledge from our Creator (Ya’huah) about what was in the food the king ate as well as what Ya’huah had told him to eat. So Daniel asked to test the food by letting him and his three friends eat what Ya’huah said to eat and the other people were to eat the king’s meat.
Daniel 1:12 Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse (lima beans) to eat, and water to drink.
Daniel 1:15 And at the end of the ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king’s meat.
Hosea 4:6 “My people perish for lack of knowledge”
